Best Skullcandy Headphones to get ?

my 2 pairs of inkd broke and today i got my first coupon for them for 20 buks. i can buy anything around $38. i found a few headphones and i want to know which is the best in terms of sound quality, bass, and how loud they are. also i dont want them leaking a lot. i found: Chops Buds ink'd Riot Smoking Buds 50/50 also the on hear headphones: uprock lowrider icon 2 also i cant get anything more expensive so dont say that and it has to be skullcandy
