Is there a Jailbreak For Ipod Touch 3g 3.1.3?

My iPod touch 3g cannot jailbreak?

My iPod touch can't jailbreak because when I jailbreak break it it says I have to restart before Ouse it because its on recovery mode. It's not like those iPods that need to restore evrytime it syncs. It just says I need to restore every time I jail break it. I'm using blackrain jailbreak and I have a mac. Please help!!!!!!!

bro i have the same problem !!!! i bought mine last week and im trying to jailbreak it and it shows the itunes and usb sign so i have to restore it!!! im using blackra1n on the pc but it doesnt work i tryed over 5 times it says its in recovery mode on itunes .... when you click on make it ra1n it searches then u see a picture of that guy geohot on your ipod touch ,, but after that it shows the itunes sign... all my freinds jailbroke it they have 2g ipods
