Can the 2nd generation ipod touch take pictures and how do you? i see a little camera at the top but can't take pictures? it is a 16g

2nd Generation does not take pictures. Although it does store pictures though itunes. And that black thing on top is for blue tooth and wifi connectivity. The 4th generation on the other hand does take pictures. It's $230 dollars though.
