Jailbreak iPod Touch 4.0 MC MODEL?

  • Hey. I know this isn't the only question about jailbreaking the new 4.0 software update for the iPod Touch and iPhone, but I im in a bit of a pickle. I updated my Second generation iPod Touch last week, and now I want to jailbreak it but the problem is, my iPod Touch is a MC model. Is there any program that will jailbreak my MC Model iPod?

    Sorry, I have the exact same problem as you. It's an 8GB MC model, 2nd gen. It sucks, but you should just wait and a new jailbreak should come out. The iOS4 just got released so they are still working on the right software to jailbreak it, right now most of the stuff are in beta and most stuff in Cydia & Rock haven't been updated and aren't compatible with the firmware 4.0 so it's better to just wait.

I don't think there is one, there may be a new release later on called Greenpois0n or something. Some say blackra1n RC3 might work but I doubt it. Check forums, you'll probably get more replies there.
