Do all apps on the app store work for the iPod Touch?

I really want to get an iPod touch. I am making a list of possible apps I might get and was now wondering if all of them work for the iPod rather then the iPhone. If that makes any sense.

Almost all apps will work excluding a few that deal with hardware only found on a phone such as an app dealing with capturing photo or video from the iPhones camera since the iPod doesn't have one. Other apps will require a built in mic which the iPod doesn't have. You will find that 99% of apps will work great on the iPod.

the ipod touch is AMAZING! i have had mine since early May, and have pages of apps. +all of the work! :)

it says in the right banner on itunes if it is compatible with ipod touch, some are not because they use GPS or other features

I think so. But some require a speaker so if you get an iTouch without a speaker you'll only be hearing sounds with headphones.
