10 points best answer---Why can't I change my profile picture on this twitter app?

I'm pretty sure the picture size isn't the reason :/. I can't change it though when I click save and everything it say sorry not found error error...what is wrong with it. I've tried deleting the app and restarting it but it won't help the same with my iPod. Any suggestions?

That feature is broken today (July 19, 2011). @Support Profile image uploading is temporarily unavailable. Our engineers are working to resolve the situation.
