Where can I sign up for a credit card with free gift?

Would you be able to sign into iTunes without a credit card, gift card or any type of payment?

    If you don't have any money, why don't you just get the free $5 gift card that iTunes is giving out? All you need to do is just sign up for a new account. You can sign in, but it will say that you need some type of payment if you try to buy something.

you can't even create an account without a source of payment when you register for an account, you need to enter a gift card, credit or debit card
