How to delete a photo album on the iPod Touch?

IPod touch technical help?

I was looking around in the settings on my iPod touch and found a feature called photo-stream. It uses iCloud to stream your photos to all you devices. I turned it on but then turned it back off as soon as I realized this, because I don't use iCloud. But now, whenever I go to my photos, there is an "iCloud" album. Well I don't want it there because it is unsightly and I will not be using in the forseeable future, but I can't delete it! The photo-stream feature is off and I restarted my ipod twice to make sure that it refreshed the setting preference. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this empty "iCloud" album please?
