Can you sync music from itunes onto an mp3 player?

Can I use iTunes to sync music to a Zune mp3 player?

  • I really like iTunes and the way it has all of my music organized, but i was wondering if purchased a Zune, could i drag all of the music onto the Zune with out using their software? is it possible that i can organize podcasts, videos, movies, and all that other stuff on a Zune using iTunes?

  • Answer:

Yes. As long as you own the rights to the songs, you can drag and drop the songs into Zune's version of iTunes (goto http://www.zune.net to get it free). As long as they transfer you will be able to put it into your Zune. Try converting the files to MP3 and Zune will accept it.

No, iTunes isn't coded to interpret Zunes. Microsoft and Apple compete. They don't work together. Plus Zunes suck. Get an iPod.

I would think not, but do not know if it is possible or not. Most mp3 players require mpeg files for your music, but itunes downloaded music is protected AAC and cannot be copied as mpeg. Microsoft and Apple are rival companies and I doubt very seriously that you could mix 2 of their products. (I think you're better off with an iPod anywayÜ)
