How do you know if the FLAC files is of authentic source?

i am downloading a lot of flac files recently from piratebay, and i want to know , how i can check if the file is really high quality, or somebody can just convert it from mp3 to flac, how could i notice?

You can rip the files into mp3 format any bitrate is OK and download encspot, it's an mp3 analyser and scan em, just google the software. It has very high reliability, you can check sound science forums abt it. If all the files are checked green they're OK, if yellow then you have lemon files:(
