Broken 40gb ipod with Best Buys PSP warranty?

• i have a 40gb 4th gen ipod that has been repaired 4 times through best buys psp warranty. there is a lemon law that states on the 4th time best buy will give you a new/refurbed ipod or the list value of what you paid for the item. the offer i received from the geeks is they will upgrade me to an ipod video 30gb. calling the video an upgrade. there i loose 25% storage. they want me to pay $60 to get the 80gb. i paid $399.99 for my ipod now the 80gb is only $350.00. what should i do...... i need a geek sqaud member to assist me on this.

There are a few different sites but one of the most popular is called CONSUMERAFFAIRS.COM You can also call your local state representative and ask that they put you in touch with the Business affairs department. They will help you get a resolution of some kind. Most importantly NEVER SHOP AT BEST BUY! They are the most complained about company when it comes to anything! Customer Service, Repairs, Returns, Top Executive service etc...... Become a member of comsumer Reports on their web site so you can research the companies that you plan on doing business with! good luck
