Wireless internet won't work on my ipod touch?

The internet on my ipod touch wont work?

• the internet on my ipod touch wont work whenever I try to get on the internet its frozen on the last page i was on (this had happened before and after a few weeks it went back to normal) but i cant reset it because the on and off button doesnt work and cant take it to the apple store because the warrinty expired what can i do to try to fix it?

  You can restore your iPod, however that would lose everything on your iPod. Or you could try the most recent update when you plug it into iTunes, it should be on the homepage, usually that solves all the problems.
