How do I get my iTunes playlists back?

Before I restored my iPod Touch with iTunes I had playlists like "Top 25 Most Played", and Recently added. They show up on my laptop but not on my iPod Touch. How can I get them back?

There is no way to get 'em back once it's removed from the device... Good luck!
