How to clear my headphone jack in my computer?

Is there anyway to listen to music without using the headphone jack on a computer?

My laptop headphone jack got water in it awhile back, and it has not worked for years, so I don't know how to fix that right now, but is there any way I can listen to music without using the headphone jack in the mean time? Or how would I fix this issue in the first place?
