How do I transfer pictures from my ipod to my computer?

Okay, plug in out iPod. Click on "Start" in the bottom left hand corner. (Or the windows emblem for other Windows vista/7 users) Click on "My Computer". Click on the removable disk, which is your iPod. Look at the top of the window, and click on "Tools". Click on "Folder Options". Click on "View". Scroll down a bit, and find the option that says "Hide Hidden Folders and Files" and "Show Hidden Folders and Files". Click on the "Show hidden files and folders" and hit "Apply to All Folders" at the top. And click ok or apply at the bottom. Now the photos should appear on the computer. If they don't appear, refresh the page. Once they appear, simply highlight all pictures and save them to the destination of your choice.
