What are he PROS and CONS to jailbreaking my iPod touch?

Pros: Free Download Themes Boot Logos Custom Apps (I think hacking into games if you want, aka sshing, but dont know if you need to jailbreak though.) Cons: Can't update iPod unless you want to re jailbreak. Sometimes can ruin your iPod but I have not had any experiences with that. (you can easily just boot back to last backup. So really it can't ruin it :D) And IF you download illegal apps, you can go to jail. or a huge fine. Jailbreaking is NOT illegal. ONLY DOWNLOADING FREE APPS. Don't listen to people who say its just illegal period. I have met an apple worker and he said its alright :P

Here are some bad effects for jailbreaking your ipod: 1/ Battery will drain faster 2/ The speed will eventually become slower after a long time of period 3/ Your ipod may have higher chance of getting frozen or crashed if using a fake or wrong jailbreaking software (trust me, there are fake jailbreaking software.) Pros: Download free apps (you will NOT go to jail for doing this, if this thing is illegal, half of Canadian citizens and the rest of the world will go to jail for doing this.) - You can customize your ipod's icons - You can download lots of unique softwares that non-jailbreaking ipod can't get, such as decoding software, etc. ETC....
