There are things you can plug into your cigarette lighter that will plug into your ipod. There is also a tape that you can put into your tape player and it will play your ipod. Best Buy has them both.

Nothing is cheaper and the iTrip works like crap. They do sell tape player adapters if you have a tape player, newer stereos have a plug you can buy for a digital connection which is by far the best.

Really, a cassette adapter is the best thing and will give you the best sound quality. However if you don't have a cassette deck in your car or yours won't accept the adaptre than an iTrip is your best choice. They don't work that great, though. Go with the cassette adapter if you can.

Its called an fm modulator. cheap and easy to use.

Yeah, the tape player ones actually work really well. Except newer cars don't usually have tape players. Just saying.

Nothing is cheaper.... but you get what you pay for. It's a piece of crap. A Monster cable is your best bet. Find them online, research how they work. You just plug it into your cigarrette lighter, choose your station and BAM!!! Sound comes through clearly over your speakers. For the best price, buy one from, like, China. Go on E-Bay and start looking. Keep your eyes peeled. My boyfriend got his for 30 freaking dollars. Lucky. Amazon.com has some pretty decent pricesif you want it within a week. IF you order it on e-bay it could take a while.

Go to Best Buy and pay the extra cash for the DLO Transpod FM Transmitter for iPod. I have a 6Gb iPod Mini and my wife has the 30Gb video iPod. We both have our own DLO transpod FM Transmitters. They not only play clear and well, but will charge your iPod also. If you spend more time listening to your iPod and intend to do so in your car, its worth the money trust me. All other FM Transmitters I tried were cracking and fuzzy and typically did not charge my iPod to which I finally returned them to Best Buy, put up the extra cash and got the DLO product.

iTrip is actually the worst way to listen to the music on your iPod and the cassette player for the iPods are the best, it has really good quality. Click the bottom link for the actual product.
