How do u add movies to the itunes FROM the LimeWire?

Can someone tell me how to take movies from limewire to itunes?

• I finally figured out how to put my music from limewire into my itunes library, now all i need to know is how to take my movies and music videos from limewire to itunes. I tried to do it the same way as with the music put it wouldn't let me so can someone help me.

  Using Limewire results in accumulating many different file types, (.avi, .wma, .mpg, etc.) Itunes only plays certain video types. I'm not sure of all of them off the top of my head, but I know one of the few is "mp4." Buying Quicktime Pro (~$20) is the easiest way to convert many video types into mp4, as well as trim the file size in order to play them in your video ipod. There are other programs available that do the same thing, but I don't know your platform, therefore can't suggest any. Buy quicktime pro from apple dot com for the easiest solution.
