How do I get songs from iPod to computer?

How do I get songs off my iPod WITHOUT using my computer ?

  • I just got my 30G Ipod and have loaded 250-300 songs off my computer (using ripped CD music I have stored in my ITunes library). I want to be able to just delete a song (without having to plug my Ipod into my computer each time). That way, if I am out in the middle of nowhere and decide I want to delete a song, I can do it right there. I'm thinking there has to be a simple way it can just be deleted off the Ipod, itself, WITHOUT using the computer. I have lots of other items (various custom-made ringtone clips, etc.) in my Itunes library also, so I had to "manually" load all these songs the first time, so for keeping this question simple, I am ONLY looking for answers that DO NOT involve the computer. Thanks for your help !!

iPod sucks d1ck and is over-rated.

Well, the classic iPod's from the 90's were able to delete songs without computers. Although, the new iPod's aren't able to delete music without plugging it in to your computer. And yeah, that's one thing that sucks about the iPod.

Sorry you can only delete songs off your ipod using the computer. You used the computer to put the songs on there you have to use it to take them off. I wish there was another way to delete them.

Sorry pal, but the way the iPod is designed, the computer is the only way to do that.

I do not believe that deleting songs from an ipod is possible without using your computer. Maybe next time you should only put songs on that you like.
