What's the best texting app for iPod touch?

I want to get one of the apps to text from an iPod touch but it seems like each one has lots of people that love it and lots of people that hate it. Which app is the best?

Personally, I use 2. TextPlus is GREAT! But there's a downside. You can't currently text to Metro PCS. For Metro PCS texting, I use TextNow. (The free version) TextPlus lets you send and receive unlmtd texts

So far the most reliable and well built app is textfree unlimited. The only thing not perfect with it is that sometimes it takes a little while to let you know you have a new text.
