How do I get my iTunes apps onto my ipod touch?

I bought and downloaded like 10 apps onto my computer yesterday but they wouldnt sync to my gen. 1 ipod touch, and then today when i turned on my computer again all of my apps are GONE! I tried to download one that i downloaded yesterday, but it said I already had it on my computer even though it wasn't actually there!! What do I do?? I just updated my itunes and ipod to like 1.4 or something

Just click on the app store app on your iPod. If there isn't one, go to www.apple.com and download the software update.for The ones that were deleted, try downloading them on your iPod once you find the app store icon.
