How do I put pictures from an iPod onto a computer?

How do I put some pictures from my computer..Onto my Ipod nano???

can someone tell me how!? i read other questions and it said click on options or w/e but..um one problem i cant find the option botton. yea PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!
Answer:

Put all of the pictures you want on the nano into one folder. Open Itunes and make sure the Ipod is connected. Now on the main screen of the ipod you are using on Itunes will have some tabs up top. Click pictures. Then it should say something about folder and then browse and apply it. Now it should upload those pics to your ipod.
