Is it legal to sell an iPod on Ebay with music still on it?

I hate EBay, but wanna sell my BRAND NEW IPod, where can I sell it?

  • I have a brand new Ipod nano, 2gb.....I also purchased the wall charger and clear plastic hard case with belt clip on it. I dont wanna totally lose out on what I paid, but will take a loss. Where other than EBay can I sell it ?

    Amazon.com marketplace... I hate eBay too, you have to sell quality items at ridiculously low prices just to get a bid. The first place I always look is Amazon. With Amazon, they make sure you get your item and don't get screwed over, with eBay... you get what you get.

Try listing it in your local newspaper, or try Craigslist on the internet. I would think the latter of the 2 would give you more exposure!. Good luck!
