How can I download ipod ready movies or something where i can download n ..............................…

then convert them no torrents plz, i found something that downloads videos from youtube but when i download a movie from there it will all be in parts which i don't want , i want them to be fully one part. is there a place where i can find ipod ready movies n just download them or any software that u might know where i can download from anysite n it will convert it to ipod video?
