My ipod won't play songs! It just keeps on skipping the songs.?

for example I want to play a song and the ipod won't play the song and just keeps on skipping on all the songs in the playlist.In the end the ipod just goes back to menu.Please help me

What happened was the actual music files were erased off of the iPod player hard-drive but the Playlist was NOT. To fix this, connect your iPod, delete the entire playlist, and re-load your songs. This will work 100%

when you purchased your ipod you should get the box. and in it there should be a paper that holds it. That paper will tell you what number you should call.
