How do I add Limewire (5) songs onto my iTunes?

How do I add Limewire 5 music onto my iTunes Library? My iTunes is iTunes 8, and my Limewire is Limewire 5. I just got a Windows Vista computer, if that helps. I've searched all over Yahoo! Answers and questions, but none of them seem to fit. I use to do just Ctrl-O in my iTunes and get the songs there, but I can't find the folder! It's really aggrivating. So, could I have some REALLY detailed construction on how to get the music from Limewire onto my iTunes library? -Skyy.

Answer:
There should be a SHARED LIMEWIRE tab on the right side of itunes. All media files that you download via limewire must be there. To bed the files go to the tab to drag the desired files that you download or drag the entire tab to your library so you can upload it to your device. :-)
