What is an iPod Touch 5th Generation Really?

  • I went to the apple store today and asked about the iPod Touch (newest model). The employee said it was the white 5th generation. And I realized I had the same thing but black. And I asked if there was a fourth generation and she said it was a lot different Faster processor Two cameras Retina display Etc... I am confused, is there a 5th generation iPod touch?

    The faster processor and stuff was the things that the 4g had relative to the 3G. The employee is obviously an idiot as all apple employees are, event the stupid "geniuses"....

First there is no 5th gen iPod touch at least not yet and the white is the same as the black iPod but the white one it's the 4th gen and same with the black iPod so no worry
