What is the best external touch screen that you can buy?

I cracked my ipod touch screen on the pavement. Where can I buy a new screen?

  • The screen is cracked into small pieces, but the touch screen still works where there aren't any cracks. To save money, I would like to buy a new screen and replace it myself. Where and for how much can I buy a new screen and tools to replace it?

    Have you tried taking it to the Apple store? I took my iPhone there with a cracked screen and the replaced it free after a lecture.

Okay you can buy them, but can you fit them. Basically if you can't, you would have to pay apple to do it. For my iPhone which i cracked the screen it cost 395 pounds for service. Which I did'nt take. I just bought a new on. So sorry to tell you but your I pod is broke. You will just have to buy a new one. You could have it fixed, but that will equally as expensive.

eBay, just search for "ipod touch screen" or "ipod touch digitizer" But you might screw it up more if you try to do it yourself, maybe buy the stuff and tell some expert technician to do it for you.
