What is wrong with my itunes???

I cant sync my ipod to itunes. My itunes and ipod are fine. What could be wrong with my computer?

  • My ipod and itunes have been checked both are ok. The shop said there maybe a problem with my computer. I have not added anything extra to my computer.

    Update to the newest iTunes. If you already are using it, re-install itunes. The driver is probably missing and needs to be installed.

Just press menu and the center buttons at the same time until the apple appears. If it doesn't work you might try to unplug ipod from computer and do it again. No you won't loose any music. then sync
