What songs should I buy for my iPod?

If I get a new Ipod will I have to buy the songs I already have on my old Ipod over again?

  • I lost my old Ipod so I have to buy another one. So do I have to buy my songs all over again?

  • Answer:

Listen, all the songs you bought off of Itunes are downloaded onto your computer. Your going to log on like you normally do, and you plug in the new Ipod. In your new Ipod it has the software you need, now once you are on your account there will be a box for authorizing computer, you click on that and follow the directions and it should up load on to your new Ipod.. Listen Itunes thought almost of everything, and people spend hundreds of dollars, not only that Itunes has a list of all your songs on back up in case your computer crashes.. Trust me I know I crashed my computer 3 times lost everything and Itunes gave me back all my songs.. Or if you run into a jam, Call the Apple store and they can help you too.. Please don't listen to everyone saying you lost your songs you didn't. Lets put it this way, If Itunes wouldn't let you have your songs back, do you know how many people wouldn't never buy an new ipod any more. they come out with new ones just about every 6 months.. Good luck to you

Well if you lost it, it's gonna be tough. Do you have copies of the songs on your computer? Then you won't have to, all you have to do is transfer the songs onto your new iPod the way you did with the old one. Otherwise, there's a way to get songs off an iPod with programs such as PodUtil or others (you can google them). But if you lost it, you're kind of out of luck with that.

If you are using Itunes, no. When your logged into Itunes, those songs will automatically be transferred to your new Ipod.

haaaleyy.

Hi, if your music is no longer on your computer and you still have your old ipod use this program to copy your songs back onto the computer and import them into itunes to be loaded onto your new ipod. It is a very small file and a very simple program to use. http://www.getsharepod.com/ Good luck.

no! i think there's a way you could de-register your account from your old ipod and register it to your new one.
