Problems with my Ipod Touch?

  • Here are the problems with my Ipod Touch,please help! 1.It takes forever to turn on my Ipod Touch.Once the " apple" icon comes out,it turns off again. Why? 2.Unless I plug into the computer,then it will turn on... Whenever it comes to the " password" screen,it asks me to " shut down ". Why? 3.The top button is not working. I cannot lock or sleep my Ipod Touch. I have pressed numerous times but it is not working.Sometimes,whenever I press "ONCE" on the top button,it brings me to the " Shut down" screen. Why? 4.I am going to bring to the Apple Store in Singapore. But I have lost the warranty card,what do do now? Music,photos,videos apps are fine and are in working condition except the problems above. I HAVE ALREADY RESTART,RESTORED AND RESET BUT NOTHING WORKS? Thanks you very much for your answers! 10 points for the best answer. Answer each questions please!

    ifyou ahve kept the reciept just take it the place you bought it from then explain what is wrong with it they should help you fix it or give a new one that works :)
