How do you remove apps directly from your itouch?

Two different itouch's sync each other's apps, HELP!?

• my brother and i have two seperate itouchs, and we each have our own different apps. when i plug in my itouch and it syncs, it syncs all the apps i had. but then when my brother plugs in his itouch, it syncs all of the games i had onto his, which he doesnt want. when i go to apps, where u can sync the apps, it shows all of our apps, both, combined. so when we either of us sync our itouch, both sets of our games sync on, which we dont want. so how do we make it so that there's two different lists of apps to sync, one for mine to sync my games, and one for his to sync his games
