Do binaural beats work and how long do i have to listen to them to notice a difference?

    I use binaural beats often. I found that at first they just relaxed me but over time I was able to experience different mind states. I find the trick is to sit quietly with your eyes closed where no one will disturb you. As far as feeling drunk from them... I think there are some powerful binaural beats audios that make you feel a little high but I think they work different for everyone. Binaural beats have first been developed in the 1930's, so it's not a new New-Age fad. I have used binaural beats for a while now, and, from talking to my friends, I noticed that, while some people respond to them within a couple of days, it may take longer for other people.
