Sansa c250 playlist? how to make a playlist?

  • Ive been trying to make playlists for my sansa c250. Do you make the playlists with the sansa alone , or do you need the help of a media player? Does the sansa even allow playlists? Ive run out of ideas. Any help would be appreciated.

    OK, here's the deal. Windows Media Player is fine for transferring files to the c250, but doesn't seem to know how to transfer playlists. For working with playlists, go into WinAmp, click on "Portables," right-click the name of your player (e.g. Sansa c250) and choose New Playlist. After naming your new playlist, select existing files in the player (that you have already transferred from your computer, using WMP, WinAmp, etc.), right-click them and choose "Send to playlist:" and click on the name of your playlist. playlist has to be able to read mp3id file or mp4id file. if it cant read these it wont bring up play list it will just show numbers. if it can read it then the application u use to install it on player will have option to save play list.
