Home Studio Recording: What's the best voice-changing product/software available?

I need something that gives a wide array of MANY choices. Preferably, I'd like a voice effects box (does such a product exist?) to use with a Digital Portastudio. Software options are secondary as I do not have a computer.

Many choices (with audio gear) typically means lots of gear. TC Electronics makes some really great harmonizers. Eventide makes some of the best vocal effects I've heard. And, of course, if you want pitch correction Antares is the place to look. Hope this helps.
