How Do I Convert WMA Music Files To MP3 Music Files?

Hi, I'm making a Jukebox for My Chatroom, the only problem is I can only upload MP3 files for it and 90% of the Songs on My Media Player are WMA Files. I need to know how I can convert My WMA Files to MP3 Files. Any help would be VERY appreiciated Thanks
