How do you download music onto your iPod?

  • I have a 4th gen iPod, but I have no idea how to get music into it. I know sites that you can download music for free...but that's all I know. I have no idea where you download the song to from the site, where the file goes to and how it's suppose to get into the iPod. Can someone please tell me how you get music into your iPod step by step?
