I've never used eBay before, or PayPal, and am a bit nervous about using it to buy such a costly item. Please let me know what you think!

    I've bought and sold on e-bay. Look at their ratings and make sure you pay through paypal. If noone else is bidding and it's a really low price. I guarantee there's a reason!!

for one, im gonna win that, not you, because that is a STEAL. Secondly, ebay is the most secure online bidding database in the WORLD. the guy selling it has 99.5% feedback, and its a fraction of the price! go for it...thirdly, that is not a costly item. People buy cars and boats on ebay in the tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars,....those are costly items.....good luck bidding

I don't see anything that would cause me to be alarmed. He has plenty of feedback. All good (one negative out of that many is nothing to even worry about) He uses Paypal (you should definitely pay that way) and ships via FEDEX. What you should consider is that the bid might go higher than you can buy elsewhere. Add in the $15 FEDEX and the Paypal fee and you might not be able to get bargain. That being said, I would have not hesitation to buy this item at the right price.

I have been a seller on eBay for over 7 years with 100 percent positive feedback. If you want to buy on eBay, check out the sellers feedback score. It will show any negative comments from buyers. PayPal has a guarantee if you don't get the product, or it's not as repesented, and the seller has a verfied address, eBay also has buyer protections. Go for it!

Im not so sure you should rely on ebay for an expensive item like an ipod video. I think your best bet is to order one off apple.com or get one from circuit city or walmart. It may cost more but at least you know it works and is good quality!

Very reliable or they would not be in business making millions. I go to Ebay before I go to the stores.

its legit. but make sure its not too close to the the apple store price because then just but it there. its got 16 bids so i wouldn't buy it. look for buy it nows on major electronics. they get excellent feeback though.
