How to get one TV to play on another TV?

What i am trying to do is have my older TV (90's) play what is ever on my new TV (this year). Right now i got both of my TV's hooked up to my DTV box. The Reason i want this is so any one in my room can watch TV in my room from ware ever they sit but the problem is my TV is hooked up to my pc and i watch allot of movies and TV on my pc/PS3 thus only one TV is playing in my room. I know i can hook i could hook both up on my pc but i dont like the lines but the way i want it it should work perfectly on my older TV. I don't know if this is even possible with an older TV. I do have a VCR and one of those splitters thingys. I could hook both up to my ps3 but i would have to take my ps3 out of HD and i wont do that. So TV to TV to pc/Ps3 would be vary nice if its possible and if not do you have any ideals. If there is any cords i need can you plz link it to be b/c i am not vary good with cords and Thanks for everyone who will take the time to help me out.

Answer:
If your new TV has a composite video output, you can connect to the old TV. If not, you need a video splitter that split your input source to both TVs; yes, both have to be HD or both SD.
