Hitachi TV. No sound or picture.

Hitachi 50UX57B projection TV has no picture but sound works fine.?

I moved my TV from the basement to the main floor and when i turned it on it has no picture at all. The volume and channel buttons on the front work fine but there is a black screen. Are the bulbs blown or is it some other problem? I hadn't turned it on in about 3 months but it was working fine back then.

Has this set ever been work on? If not then it has some bad connections in the convergence circuit and when you turn on the set after you move it it may have pop the ICs in the convergence panel with some low ohm resistors and or some low amp fuses with the cold solder connections the cost of this type of repair is $350.00 to $450.00.
