Where Can I Buy a cheap LCD TV in England?

I'm getting a tv on Black Friday, Should I buy the Sharp 42" LCD TV or the Westinghouse 46" LCD TV?

  • This tv is for my college dorm. The Sharp TV is 42" 1080p 60Hz LCD and the Westinghouse TV is 46" 1080p 60Hz LCD.

    OMG, Sharp is all about LCD technology, and they make a GREAT TV. Westinghouse doesn't even exist anymore. It was a leader in household items, including TVs, but that was 25+ years ago. Now some guys have bought the rights to their name and they are importing cheap, poorly made TVs. Sharp is more expensive because it has 1st class, leading edge technology in it's TVs. You could buy 2 of the other for the price of a Sharp, but you'll have a faded picture, poor contrast, slow refresh rate in a very short time. Then try to have it serviced for less than you paid for it - Good Luck.

I bought a 40'inch westinhouse lcd led for $399 even 4 days ago and the picture quality is great dont have any complaints but i heard sharp is very good.Hard choice.

Sharp, hands down. They have one of the best panels made and dorms are small enough to where a 46" will show flaws in the picture.... Especially a low end panel.
