Free TV online in Canada?

In Canada most sites don't seem to let us watch the free tv shows. I am looking for a website where I can watch free tv shows (like gossip girl) without having to sign up for anything or any troubles. I just want to click play and watch. Also, if it has movies as well, that would be nice. I know there are many sites, but do you know of any? Thanks!

I'm not in Canada, so I don't know what will work, but I use hulu.com. Gossip girl isn't on there, but a lot of other shows are.
