How do I film my tv screen with no Program?

• I play call of duty black ops every so often on my playstation 3 and I have tried uploading clips on to the call of duty website and then on to my youtube account. I understand how to do this and have done it before but the quality of the clips are quite bad plus the clips can only be up to 30 seconds long. The quality in particular annoys me and I have seen videos on youtube where the tv screen is being recorded as the people play and the quality is much better. I understand that you need a certain program to film either a computer or television screen but is there any other way to film it? I have tried to use a camera but there is a glint on the screen. I hope some of that makes sense :L Any help would be brilliant :) Thank you.

  Your two options are to use a camera to video the screen iteself, or use a video capture device (software required, usually included with them), to record the video directly from the console.
