LED TV and PS3 display settings help?

I just bought a samsung LED tv 1080p. I have a ps3 with hdmi cable connected to tha tv and all, but the LED tv's picture display looks kind of weird. On tha display settings I got tha following set: Backlight: 19 Contrast: 60 (it was 100 at first, thought it was way too much) Brightness: 45 Sharpness: 50 Color: 55 Advanced settings I got tha following put on: Darkness: off Dynamic contrast : Low Color Range: Native I am getting REALLY confused with these un-familiar settings. Its been 3 straight days Ive been tryna fix tha best picture settings for my ps3. It just doesnt work. When I make it dark, it looks good only in some scenes, tha rest looks kind of messed up. I was thinkin to myself, this is a ****** LED TV, expect better pictures. I just need an expert to help me out, I would REALLY appreciate it. Thank you
