If i buy pc, tv re ciever, on ebay, will they tell bbc i have tv?

will my details be passed on?

If someone sells tv receivers they are required by law to pass your details to the TV Licensing people.

Will Ebay tell BBC you bought it? No, will BBC find out some how...It's plausible!!!

What's the BBC got to do with it? The TV Licensing website states: "If you watch or record television programmes as they're being shown on TV you must, by law, be covered by a TV Licence, no matter what device you're using." There's no mention of the BBC, is there?

The Licensing police have a data base on computer. Any property that does not have a licence will be checked. Pay up!
