It depends on what kind of other hardware you have available and what kind of IPTV you're talking about. For example, I'm thinking that's an option here via the local phone company. What I remember reading about that was that you get from them a box that plugs into the phone jack, and then that hooks up to your TV with a regular cable. It's kind of like DSL, but just with only a very narrow type of information -- digital TV signals. I don't see how this would need a computer if that's the kind of thing you're referring to.
