What is the best indoor antenna for tv?

Does anyone know what tv stations can be seen with an antenna in Waimanalo and whats the best type of antenna?

I just moved to Waimanalo and I thought I could at least get PBS for the kids. I have a converter box but I need an antenna and I am not familiar at all with this area, I am wondering what is the best antenna for this area. It has to be inexpensive, for the same reason I can't afford cable. Thanks!
