How can i get a citezen mini tv to work?

Hello, i have a citizen mini tv. Model number JCTR 118. It has a frequency range of vhf 2-13 and uhf 14 -69. i live in edmonton and i would like to see this tv work. it is black and white, and sometimes i can hear musuc, but i mostly hear static and always see snow.

you need a digital tv box to convert the citizen. as in the US and most of europe channels are now digital . the same type of digital box sold for colour tvs will work .but it must be the type with an rf output to connect to the aerial/antenna input.
