With LCD tvs - are the speakers located inside the tv - or do you have to get a sound type system ?

Most LCD TV sets will have speakers located inside of the set. However, you maybe dissapointed in the sound quality that you will get out of the set as they are much smaller speakers as were in conventional tv sets. You may also wish to look at a surround sound or stereo system if you wish to FEEL more involved in your tv and movie watching. After all SOUND is half of the fun.

All TV sets have speakers.... SOME TVs have Audio OUTPUT connectors for Stereo And some have an OPTICAL OUTPUT that does Dolby AND Stereo signals.... Be careful what you buy, some Optical outputs only do Dolby from the TUNER ONLY..... Know what you want and buy accordingly....
