What are the best AV cables for an Xbox 360 to a HDTV?

Why does my xbox 360 actually look worse on my new hdtv than my sdtv? also, i dont have the hd av cables.?????

    They LINE DOUBLE the low def signal from the Low Def Cables you are using.... That's showing BAD twice as much as on your older TV set..... You really do want those HD cables for your XBox......

Step 1: Make sure you are using the component cables (blue green red) Step 2: Make sure the switch on the cable is flipped to "HD" Step 3: Go into your 360's display settings (farthest blade to the right) and make sure its set to display 720p or 1080i/p, which ever is the native resolution of your TV is the one you should pick. If you have all of those things taken care of, and it still looks like crap, you should exchange the TV Hope that helps!

depends on your actual tv. If you have a lower end one you can expect quality to be the same or even worse in some situations. it would be a lot more helpful if you could tell us what tv you have, how big, etc. also make sure on the av cable its switched on hdtv and not tv.

I HATE HDTV BECAUSE I HATE IT BEING REALLY CLEAR BECAUSE SOMETIMES I DON'T LIKE SEEING EVERYTHING. ESPECIALLY AT AWARDS SHOWS WHEN A CELEBRITIES HAS A BLEMISH IT PUTS THE IMPERFECTION IN FOCUS.

The hd cables make all the difference in the quality of the picture. Also if you don't have a good hdtv you still won't get the quality your looking for.
